How this site handles personal information, and what it does not do.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third party when you view a page. Fonts are served from this server, not from Google.
Nothing you do here is tracked. If you book a call or send an email, that information is used to answer you and nothing else. It is never sold.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you load a page, the server records standard technical information: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, your browser type and version, your operating system, and the referring page.
This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure. It is not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile, and the logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
The scheduling buttons take you to a booking page hosted by Cal.com, Inc. You enter your information there, not here — typically your name, email address, time zone, and whatever you choose to tell me about your project.
That information is used to schedule and prepare for the call. Cal.com processes it under its own privacy policy. Simply viewing this site sends nothing to Cal.com.
If you email me, your message and address are kept so I can reply and follow up on the conversation. That is all they are used for.
Personal information is not sold, rented, or traded, and it is not shared for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the business — the site host and the scheduling provider named above — and only where required by law.
Server logs are deleted automatically after a short retention period. Correspondence and booking records are kept while the conversation or engagement is active and for as long afterward as tax and business records require, then deleted.
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send a message to the email address above and it will be handled.
California law gives residents the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. This site does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanism to offer.
Virginia residents have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. The same email address applies.

This site is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from them.
